A new quarter means upcoming holidays to prepare for and…new features to celebrate!
We know you’ve been busy growing your business, so let us give you the rundown on what you need to know from Q3 and how these new features can help enhance your business.
What can you expect from Q3?
Plus, with a couple more months left in the year—there are still more powerful features coming your way to help you and your customers be successful like Bulk Artwork, Supplier Inventory Management, and Redemption Stores to name a few.
Now, let’s take a closer look at what you may have missed over the past few months.
With everything else going on with your business, the security of your data is the last thing you need to worry about. In Q3, we successfully completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 audit, making OMG the first online store platform to achieve this certification in the promotional product and team sporting goods space.
What does this mean? Companies that achieve SOC 2 compliance undergo a rigorous technical audit by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), which certifies the company meets strict requirements around security, privacy, availability, and confidentiality of customer data.
What does this mean for you? You can rest assured that when you’re selling branded merchandise online, your data and your customer data is secure and protected.

In Q3, we continued to add more top suppliers to our Supplier Template stores! As inventory and supply chain issues continue to be a challenge for promotional product distributors, apparel decorators, and team dealers throughout 2022 – Store Templates can be a great way to help you navigate those pesky inventory issues smarter and more effectively.
As a refresher, the following template options are available to you:
Choose store templates from suppliers like SanMar, Under Armour, Founder Sport Group, Gill Athletics, Champro, Pennant Sportswear, Augusta Sportswear Brands, alphabroder, and much more. Plus, we’ll continue to add more top suppliers and brands to this list!
To help you run your business with more ease and flexibility, we’ve recently released Year-Round Deposits. This means, Owners and Accountants can customize a deposit schedule for their year-round stores that fits the needs of their business.
Benefits of using Year-Round Deposits include:
As a reminder, the Deposits page is only accessible by Owners and Accountants.
This just in: Premium Layouts drive more GMV per store than Standard Layouts.
You heard that right. OMG clients see 26% higher sales and 15% more orders when using the Advanced Branding package, compared to not using the package on their storefronts.
Store Layouts allows users to select from three unique layout options, each containing powerful branding and revenue-driving elements that help you:

When done correctly, monitoring inventory levels can help boost revenue and control costs while fulfilling customer needs. OMG Live Inventory feeds are directly integrated with brands and suppliers, helping you stay up-to-date on product levels within the OMG platform.
In Q3, OMG added product data and Live Inventory feeds for brands like Pro Towels, Storm Creek, and Raining Rose and added product data for HPG, Pennant, J. Charles, Webb Collection, Wilson, Logo Mats, and Lane Seven – so you can add products to your store in a snap!
